Non cooperative and helpless associates and manager too
Associates and manager also behaving rude with me.they never gives solution only shows policy.
Always slow server than other banks ATM . Issued ATM card was useless not working properly and associates and manager also not even ready to check problem they only hv solution to issue new one with new charges
entry machine had never print my passbook i hv to visit bank everytime.
Ultimately useless hopeless branch

I wanted to give NEGATIVE rating but google doesn't support that. If you want to waste your money, time and want to invite stress, depression, and other mental and health problems in your body then this is the best option you will get in the whole universe. They got some of the best employees to torcher you. Regarding the attitude of some of them i would like to add here that they treat customer like a beggar, they are only there to humiliate customers. Please DO NOT try to have any relation with this bank. For loan and banking facilities please go for BOB or any other bank but NOT SBI. They do not provide any information about anything.

I have a very good experience with this branch. Especially with Sheetal Dogra ma'am. She always greets me cheerfully, is very helpful and very quick in her responses. She was very patient with me and answered all my queries while creating my FD account.

Worst branch, staff, service... Never available when you've an emergency.... Never expect good banking from this bank.. Far better to go for private banks.

My biggest mistake ever in my life. Don't ever take education loan from the sbi. I had very bad experience. They tell you we can sanction loan in 12-15 days but they take minimum more than 1 month and everyday you have to visit sayajigunj for that. They can't give you that sanctioned loan amount into your account. From last 1.5 month i already visited everyday for loan. 😡

Very stupid experience at bank including worst manager. Other bank take 15/20 minutes to complete task of gold loan i spend there 4 hours but task not completed. In response they says staff is new. In short it’s not bank it’s school and during lockdown you can spend more time at this school / garden
