Good Condition with proper AC facility.. enough space for study table.Can keep books on the table as the library is under 24*7 surveillance.. Can discuss and take meals on the top floor.. Parking facility also available.

Price (rs1200/month) is very high. Last Sunday of every month library off. Ac is not working properly. Sometimes AC remain off and fan is on. Owner not listen to the student's compain.
