I would like to thank the doctors and the nurses of Shanti Madan Hospital for working selflessly in such a pandemic situation without any comprises in the services provided. the nurses have been very helpful throughout. Thank you Dr. Pradeep ji for your kind support throughout.

We have admitted a patient due to an emergency post discussion with Doctors of this hospital, however patient was kept on a stretcher for 2 hours without any first aid. There complete focus was on my insurance policy instead of patient. At last, in the evening they referred him to a higher medical facility. Very bad experience with this hospital. Worst services provided by them.

Best multi speciality hospital with all modern and necessary medical facilities. Highly qualified doctors and staff is available.

Timming of doctor is 11 AM and will not come before 12 staff says that doctor is in OT. I think this is a strategy to show crowed

I don't have zero ratings else I would have given zero, you will have to wait 30-45 minutes only for an X-ray, As there is only one person who will capture X-ray and the same person will process the print.
There is no politeness in staff's behaviour.
If you know someone staff so your work will happen smoothly, It doesn't matter whether you paid full consultation fee and remaining charges.
More than pathetic.

It has very good service facility also very good and fantastic Doctors,but little expansive for someone but doctor are really experienced ..
