Inexperienced doctors especially the eye specialist Dr. Sadaf Fatima because she told my father that he is having cataract in his eyes then my father became superconcious about his eyes 👀 thereby he thought to take second opinion before any further step then he showed his eyes to Dr . Pk Pandey who said that my father is fully ok and after it my father also consult with Dr. Shroff charitable eye hospital's doctors who also said same thing that my father'eyes is fully ok . Therefore I request the management to have check on centre for sights doctors .

Reception cum registration(billing) was understaffed (only 2 person) , which is a major lack for such an hospital. The attendents of the OPD are always roaming, no proper administration by the authority. Waiting area is not big enough for handling outcome patient. They need to redesign it so that more people can accommodate.

Patient care service is good.
Cardiac deptt is best in Moradabad region.
No need to visit out side for any healthcare services.

Don't visit this hospital if you want to save your lovable life. Worst hospital in the Moradabad. ICU staff sleeping in night. Ever there diagnostics parameters are inappropriate. Please don't visit if you want to save your close one life. Incase you have to admit someone in this hospital then treat your lovable in front of you,Otherwise they will kill them , at the end they will let know you know to take and visit some other hospital. Hope this will help you.
Dr. Irfan ahmed also worst doctor don't trust on his politeness, he only want to make money by dialysis the patient.
Subhagya Mishra is good in this hospital as he is strict also but he care for his patients.

Cardiology department behavior is good and treat well.

One improvement to be done

Family member of ICU patient should be allowed to visit anytime not only on scheduled time. If any
careless staff doesn't take any action, family member can request the on duty staff to take action. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT STEP TO BE TAKEN.

Nursing staff is not serious at all. Pathetic service, they do not care about patient health and keep themselves busy in thr personal stuff. Even, staff in HDU and ICU is like not serious. Highly not recommended.

Recently visited this hospital for my mother treatment. The hospital has a common area for the waiting for all departments on ground floor and that fully occupied always with attended and OPD patient . There is no arrangement for sitting ICU patient’s attendant apart from the common area or not even in night.

Doctors are good, Nursing staff is good, but they delay the process too much. You must ask them for do work every time. Labs are okay but not having MRI.

They have not any collaboration with center for sight inside the hospital building.

Visit if you can bear Management and high cost, no service for patient attendant. you will have to sleep on floor even your patient in semi private ward or ICU.

Personal recommendation :- don't visit this hospital if you don't have life urgency.

If I took overall, 2/5 rating, Management don’t deserve for 1/5.

Dr Sharique has operated successfully my cousin for his fracture arm… for that will give him 5 out of 5 stars for his orthopaedic skills
