Shifa Medical Centre

Nice and well maintained rooms even suits are available... it is clean and well maintained. Nursing and other Staff are patient friendly but some are inexperienced. I still don’t get it that you have to pay individually for different services like medicines or investigations etc and that too in cash which was bothersome. It would have been better to pay for all services at time of discharge.
There is parking problem. The parking staff crashed my car to wall causing huge dent. On asking he blamed it on other guy whose shift was over. Even the reception was not helpful and expressed no remorse. as your concern is well-being of the patient you let these things pass.
Overall good experience in terms of patient care.

Myself skarma from ladakh, I came from ladakh for treatment of my GB stone. The service is too good and fast. 25th sept they did all the tests and 26th i got surgery and 27th i am at home. They are so professional. All the staffs are well trained, from top level to the lowest level. Doctor Aijaz (surgeon) and Doctor Gulzar are best doctors..I was operated by doctor Aijaz, he is too good and well professional. The best surgeon..Thank you Shifa Medical for the best services.

I had done today endoscopy from dr Bilal Ahmad khan there was another who done my endoscopy he was very gentle and humble service was ok but before endoscopy they let me wait on the bench for while it was bad but rest was good they care patient good good service people should not worry about endoscopy it very easy process it was good experience for first time thanks dr Bilal khan gastro anyways they charge me 1800 rupees for endoscopy it was good price I personally recommend dr bilal Ahmad khan he is very nice and gentle doctor

Doctor are well trained and educated..but this place is too crowded and it feels suffocating.also when we go to the medicine counter it takes too much time as of this place is too crowded its obvious.also when we want to get an appointment on call, it takes year's to pick up the call . recently we had an emergency and we wanted to take an appointment to the doctor but from morning 8Am to 12 pm they weren't receiving the call, then i went to the hospital and get the appointment at the doctor's counter.
YOU SHOULD WORK ON IT :)

Good thing about Shifa hospital is availability of good doctors. That's why people go there. But it lacks appropriate infrastructure to meet with the bulk of patients patronizing them. Too small a place.. Where u watch patients standing for hours together,hafazardly like in a crowd.. & not patients waiting for their turn.
Sitting comfortably in a chair.
In a corridor like area 6x10 with ten seats, patients of four specialists have to wait.... It's pathetic
Prisoners are more comfortable in jails.. Than patients in Shifa.
In the main Hall it's same.. Chaotic
People pay for all including this nuisance.
Hope the administration has good yes to it all & do something about it.

Worst hospital. Have been here from last 2 days and the service here is worst. Firstly the water quality is poor to the extent that one can simply see mud coming out from taps. Secondly when I went to park my vehical at the designated spot i was told that there is no parking for local and it is for docs.

So mess . I request LG administration to see if this hospital has license to operate in this conjested area with no parking

Good facility available Dr Asif Iqbal sahab is very helpfull and kind person some of the staff members are not cooperating with patients and attendents

Super speciality hospital with super duper charges. Patient care and treatment nice. Overall a money making factory
