Florence Hospital

Florence hospital is one of the best hospitals in Chanpora area of Srinagar District
The hospital is in the list of few top hospitals in Kashmir valley
This hospital have a great infrastructure and all the latest machinery and equipment's
The hospital have many specialist and well known doctor's available 24/7
The hospital have a good helpful and hardworking staff, their is also a drug store inside the hospital
Almost all kind of surgeries are done here, Cardiac, Neurology, Opthalmic etc

A super speciality hospital in chanapora area . A lot of complaints about the serving staff and doctors are comming that they are arrogant they dont treat people well .

Being a private hospital , hygiene is Zero ! Hospital doesn’t get mopped neither cleaned As everything was dirty . Beds still have that green spreads and during COVD not even doc was having a mask on ! I doubt if they sanitise the place

Went through many reviews of the hospital and one thing is true, the employees/staff of the hospital literally stretch their hands for tips/bakshis, for us it was very embarrassing.
Post surgery room was clean.
Overall ot of scope for improvement for cleanliness and hygiene.
For Golden Card users the wait is very long. For us the minor surgery was quick bcz we paid in cash.
The silver lining for me was Dr S. Bazaz, just because of him I am giving 4 stars.

Even cleaning staff behaviour is horrible
One of cleaning staff lady broken my smart phone then overtalking and attitude like she was CM talking .On
Complaining to IT manager of Florence hospital Tawkeet bhat gave the horrible response says I can't do anything it's not my responsibility. He accepted that it's sweeper's fault.
Showing his managing skills by giving example that if some will hit my car I'll deal myself with the one who hit my car so you also deal with her yourself

I would like to thank the management for their super efforts in health Care.
My *Walid Shahab* used to vist Dr Sidharth Bindroo there (such an amazing doctor - may Allah bless him).

On the other side, the doctor who takes care of nephro department misguided us. My father required Dialysis however this boodha didn't bother to guide us. In order to get payment, he just kep us telling 15 din k baad phir se aana(may Allah guide him)

The hospital is high tech with sopasticated technology,the entire staff from doctor to nurse to security is very disciplined,well mannered

All i can say is one of the best private hospital in Kashmir

The staff there is worst ,,,not have seen such kind of bad experience..today a
diabetic patient's sugar level has gone down and he was asking to 2 female receptionists (outside gastroenterologist) what is my turn no. so that i go outside to take something to level up my sugar level and will come back on my turn,the two cruel female staff behaved so rudely with no ethics that everyone there were shocked like how the medical staff could be such careless and mannerless towards the patient
