Bidhannagar CC Block Sub Post Office

One of the major post offices in the locality, the CC block post office caters to most of the needs of the people in Bidhannagar.

There are 5+ counters for smooth operations and the staff are courteous and helpful. It does get crowded occasionally.

The best time to visit the post office is before 1 PM for availing all the services.

To reach the CC block post office, one could catch a bus or an autorickshaw and get down at the City Center 1 stoppage(near Kalyan jewellers) and walk for a few minutes.

Excellent service to update the Phone number in Aadhar Card. Less time taken with cordial behavior. Thanks to all staff at the Post Office.

Its a big post office with all types of postal services available. A person can post between 9.30am to 3.30pm, thereafter 4.00pm to 8am the following day. Aadhar updation, foreign posting, philately counter, parcel hub, etc are few among various services available over here. There is a beautiful park adjacent to the office building.

Aadhar Kendra is present here. Avg waiting time is 1:30 hr . Overall good Post office.

Worst place ever to update your aadhaar.
Staffs are too lazy and there is always a queue(aadhar)dispute in this post office. Also the staffs are very short tempered. They force you to stay in the line but later pushes out of the building because he thinks he is the boss here.
There are other post offices which are much better than this.
Recommending to go to other post office in case of aadhar card issues.

I totally agree with the view of Mr Drishyant. I came here for my Mobile no. linkage with the Aadhar. The young lady who is looking after this area told me to come after half an hour as it is the lunch time. When I came back again she told that the office is now closed. To my surprise when I raised up this matter with her senior, in spite of her senior advising her to do the work she denied stating that it will be done on another day. It is high time we tolerate such unprofessional people and instead should raise our voice against such casual approach until and unless they understand their priority.
