B.D. Sopan Sub Post Office

This is a sub post office under the head post post office Belghoria. Though small in stru ture,but alarge number of people of surrounding areas are benefited by the service of this office. This office is located in a beautiful place in Kulin Para, Khardah in respect of communication . On the other hand ,staff of this office are very caring of their customer and depositer.

staffs have been saying for the last one year that they can not do job for Aadhar updation due to shortfall of manpower

Small office with 3-4 staff. Dealing of the staff is satisfactory

All stuff are satisfied, but departmental equipments printer computer are very bad

Very very Poor services, worst customer service.

Behavior of post naster is very vad.No one is satisfied.need n time to replace.everyday he returns/refuse customers. Speed post or AtmCard related issues he ignore and is not ready to despatch.He tries to implement his own rules n regulations.

It's ok ok type of experience,not very good or not very bad.Once they call me to come this post office and receive my item from myself.its okey,not a big issue,but it's their duty.
