Good service provided here by the staffs. Totally 10 counters available for various services. And also have ATM service 24 hours. Banking facilities done here with core banking solution system which inaugurated on 27-01-2015 by Mr. K. Kevichusa, Director of Postal Services, North Bengal & Sikkim Region, Siliguri in presence of Mr. A. K. Ghosh, Supdt. of Post Offices, Dinajpur Division, Balurghat.

Head post office of Dakshin Dinajpur District. Situated opposite of Balurghat court. Enough space for parking inside for officials. Office space is also vast. More than 10 counters are there. The main counters are on the 1st floor. Recently Passport seva kendra opens here in ground floor which is very helpful for peoples of this district.

Providing smooth service till now.

A very good service and behaviour of the staff. All the services of a post office are available here. In the ground floor there is also Passpprt Seva Kendra available.

Last 2 weeks visited 5 times for internet banking but they are not enable it ,3 times form submited still not activated.staff are unprofessional i think they 90s enter through some political misuse.typical government employee..
