Kharagpur Sub Post Office

I like the service here. Though the building is very old but staffs are really nice and friendly. Almost all kinds of postal services along with speed post are available.

This post Office is one of the oldest Post Office in Kharagpur. The Building is old enough and repairing to be done on priority. Most of the pension holder and monthly income scheme holder like this post office. This office is having easy access for old and handicapped people also. Staffs are well behaved.

Very very poor service this department because I will send by speed post form date 13.05.2022 till now not receive my percel to recever, I will clear mention receiver address mobile no and my address and mobile no .
But current status showing insufficient address why?

Kharagpur sub post office is near about kharagpur railway station( Bogda). Its old building but working space is good. Parking area also very well.

The are not polite. I asked a consignment status as it was showing dispatched from last 4 days, hang up my call without answering anything. Again call back then told me to come and collect. I must say this should not be any employee's ethical behavior. Though they are Govt Emp. they can not do so. Also told me that 'head office do not even bother to take your call, as we are branch office that''s why we entertain this'. Like seriously!!!!

Bad service. They hold items for a long time and delivered after many days. And also sometimes they called me to pick up my parcel. But, its their job to delivered as it is Indian Post Office system.
And the behaviour of the staff are rude.

Very bad experience.. always server down.. the worker didn't work properly .they are too slow.. most of the time they gossip with each other office member .

Mobile number of Mr. Tarini Kanta (postman) is required. If anyone having, please share...
