Is one of the oldest post office of Allahabad but now this post office is Losing its authenticity and the staff members are also non- cooperating..!

The kalyani devi post office 🏤 is the one of the most ancient post office of Prayagraj City also known as Allahabad City. This post office is stablest besides of Kalyani devi mandir in Prayagraj . now this post office is Losing its introduction badly due poor behaviour of employees, and the staff members are mis behaving to peoples. It must to be improved

A sub post office in the heart of the city without basic facilities/amenities for it's staff and visitors both. A sheer example of Prayagraj postal department's apathy to its patrons, sr. citizens & ladies.
Adding insult to the above, a/c holders are made to wait outside the post office under the blazing sun rays.
Moreover the computerised savings bank crashes often.This is another example of mindless implementation of new systems by the department concern.

very bad experience 😐 Bad behaviour of employees.... don't know how to behave with the people...just keep people waiting outside. Not good as expected 👎

It is very surprising that you will find his door closed and we will be sitting and working, it seems that there is no entry for everyone here, I have not seen this anywhere.

Overall nice working. You can face a problem when their internet server is down. With the introduction of the India Post Payment Bank service the post offices are now a very useful place to work with.
