Chowk Head Post Office

Very poor services and worst customer interaction experience.
Employees are rude and arrogant.
Policies are so outdated, bad and complex that a simple task such as knowing account balance or nominee name becomes a challenge.
I would never ever recommend Post Office services except for mail-posts which are essential.

Slow service .If you want to waste your time then visit post office chowk.

There is only one staff for Adhar updation.Even ig you come early you will be waiting till afternoon for your chance to come.

The electronic board of token machine was not working which means even if you want to leave you cant as you dont know what number is going on.

So many people visit but no proper seating arrangement .All the space is occupied by the staff for their comfort.

In this hot weather people are forced to sit under fans that work poorly.

I know even after giving feedback.No concern person will read.

Very dissappointing to see what we call inda post.

Worst services... No. One is coming since three days but on tracking they show door locked.. How irresponsible of them. and they lie.. Sometimes they will say incomplete address or door locked very bad.. Very disappointed

Very good services related saving bank ,Nsc, Kisan vikas patra, RD, PPF,Sukanya samriddhi Yojna and adhar card updating and booking and delivering of regd and speed post and parcels etc.

Highly poor services. Typical govt. organisation type services wherein they can’t find an address which is so easy to locate and reach and just add remarks as addresse cannot be found. Someone needs to do something about the type of pathetic services this post office is providing.

After GPO,Hazratganj. It is the biggest post office of lucknow.
Almost crowdy all the time and can be helpfull in all the post office work with Aadhar Kendra also.

Very poor services, they do only 10 entry in around 2 hours and mostly used excuse is that the server is down. You'd have to wait for hours and hours only to be talked rudely by the counter officials so it's better not to associate yourself with this post office.

I have subscribed Front line magazine for my daughter.I tracked, Post office have not delivered 5 issues .This magazine costs125/each. No. Not working
