Good service,helpful people.

The staff here is lethargic, can't even update your passbook properly. Esp the postal payments bank clerks compete with tortoises.

How they treat seniot citizens is pathetic.

I wonder whether the senior postal officials are reading these reviews.

This is service job not authority to show off.

Clerk dealing with the payments isn't responsive, processes withdrawal or deposit only after 1 - 1.5hrs even one needs to follow up consistently.

Post Master Madam was very much helpful in addressing my issue at first interaction and it has been resolved. She followed up and provided the information on my package within one hour with the necessary details required for me to submit in my office. I am really Thankful to you Madam. Thank you for the service you are providing. It just saved my Job.

My review comes from the perspective of updating my e-aadhar.such a great service I had with this Post office.My work was completed in a very short while.Efficient service and contribution of Santhosh(staff member) towards my work.

I wish there was less than a star that I could give. They got no sense of communication, no punctuality, they can't provide one time resolution. I went to get my address changed on adhar and the people over there are so impolite when we point out there mistakes and ask them why can't they let us know at once about all the details required. Everytime we go with the details they asked, they ask us for new details. Very unprofessional people..Worst service EVER...I seriously doubt how do these people even get hired... There should be a behavioural training given to them. Be it E-seva or post office, the scene is similar.

Work done for Aadhar updation was within minutes. Have just never seen any post office agent working so sincerely n on fast mode . Thanks to agent Santosh Kumar

i cant able to understant this Post Office is cant able to check the address they are following only Pin Code. when Consign person came to collect to office also they write in tracking Insufficiant address. First have you check the address on parcel. Very bad experience with Post Office guys
