worst experience, sub postmaster Kumar started shouting at me like I was wasting his time but in fact it was his fault for not helping me with my TD account issue. I patiently went to post office for a week to take my mother's 5 years TD account interest amount but everytime they kept saying that the interest amount wasn't showing in their system and asked me to wait a few days until they check their system so i waited a few days and went back and asked them patienly about my issue, I didn't ask the sub postmaster atleast 2 questions and he was shouting like just for 10000 why was I asking him 10 questions. He didn't even know the fact until other staff member told him that it was their system that wasn't showing details about my account. According to him people with 10000 rupees or less in their accounts are not supposed to ask queries about their money, because he says that 10000 is such a small amount to him.

Worst Experience with staff very unprofessional behaviour and attitude, Insulting the customer if not keeping the change for a service and how come we know how much they charge? Is it crime for not having exact change amount???

Worst office with worst employees...ppl who doesn't want to work hard join these kind of departments...poor infrastructure. Every time there will be technical glitches

Private company's are much better than these people worst service I have been waiting for the shipment from morning but now I got an update on this that door is locked it seems no call nothing no number of the person to contact now I came to the office now it's closed will open on Monday....... Pathetic service.......

Worst service....phone number won't work...they won't come home to deliver the post. People should stop using speed post

office timings starts on 9:00 am where as the postal assistants arrive to office by 9:30... I observed private logistics are very fast

Worst... lazy and lethargic...sub post master and postal assistants doesnt want to work and want free salaries...shame on them
