1. Still needs lot of improvement.
2. Huge time in queues.
3. Only 2 counters for SB,Insurance
4. No guides available and hence if any issur need to rectify and start once again in the queue

I went to post office in the first week of the month to get the NSC claim for my father who is no more. Still now I didn't receive it because of the the lethargic work of the people working there. A month is over. I don't know when will I get it. Only two members are working, how they will manage, I really wonder. I don't know how many days still i need to put Leave sacrificing my salary

Dedicated and Enthusiastic Postal Department Staffs, even in this Modern Digital Days,we need the help of Post Offices and Post Man, now a days, seeing a Post Man delivering a Letter is Precious, because people, don't prefer Physical Letters, only Government Documents and Letters are delivered via Post offices and Post Man.

Nowadays, for cash deposit it takes 30 mins to one hour due to only one counter is in operation, i request to add one more counter to ease the crowd..

Instead of standing in a queue we can do NEFT/RTGS from any bank account to SB/SSA/PPF.

Refer the ifsc code photo taken in post office. Use your account number of SB/SSA/PPF

I didn't know that until i reached and waited long queue. If the info useful like it.

Also I say many elder PPL standing in queue pls help them to reach this msg.

This 5 star for Indian post office.

Only one counter for postal services. Two more counters only for savings bank etc

Want to give below 1 star but it's not available... Very very poor service....most of the time they say poor network connection.. But the staffs itself very slow to use computer.... They need to give more training on usage of computer
