Madambakkam Sub Post Office

Passbook entry is manual. No printing machine is available. Pls share this with concerned dept. Also pls introduce card swipping maching or Barcode payment / deposite facility to improve fast processing of requests.

One of the worst maintained post offices i have ever visited. The manpower is very low as there is only one counter for all the products. We have wait alomost for an hour long to send a post or to deposit money. Very bad experience.

I had a wrong postal code in my post and the item delivered at this post office. I talked to the officer who is stamping on the envelops about rerouting the post to proper code. He explained me everything and told me I will get my post next day and it wont be resend. My experience with this post office is excellent and they have done the same as promised. Thank you

The lady who is for speed post, she dont know how to talk , I went to post the dog certificate and microchip she asked microchip is not allow , then how the kennel club can send these things through indian post . Very rude lady she asked me to open the parcel.

The behaviour of postman (speed post / parsal) is worse, mainly towards Ladies customer as per our own experience.

The phone no given is wrong and not in use. Pl give the correct no.

Very rude staff , they do not follow timings properly. Take lunch breaks as they please and disperse the queue abruptly. Standard reply for any question asked - go to Tambaram PO if you need anything urgent to be taken care of.

This PO should have more responsible staff and proper guidelines on timings and other details.

No response you only mange it all if you're first time going.....!! I send a latter to my friend in Nagaland on April month still he didn't receive it
