Kolathur Sub Post Office

Very worst , I have never had such kind of laziness staff, just name correction in my aadhar card I have submitted all my documents what all she asked for name correction, still not even tuched my document. I'm visiting last four month this post office they are saying some resion. Like system issue internet issue staff medical leave lot of resion like that . Even I have complain UDAI website & Call center. Still they are not botaring about this . Really I don't now to whom I need to contact regarding this issue. because I have to pay my TAX in coming days already it's delay. I have clearly expalin my problem with them. I colud have don through online but it's not possible for name correction . I hope you understand my problem .Thanks.

Worst service ever. The people working here don't even look at your face and answer because they think that they are ruling the entire world. Very poor service.

Very very slow service. They make you wait for the sake of it
Never give the details required
Never answer to your questions
And above all they don't even know why they are paid
They think postal department pays them to treat the customers badly

I have been to many post offices but never to a place like this where a bunch of lazy people waste their time and government's money.

Unfortunately this is the only post office near to my place.

Worst service no one answering the call, they not dispatching my courier 3rd time they returned my courier to from place I don't no what is the problem .

Very very irresponsible post office. I have proof for their irrespective talk and insulting behaviour. Post Master should pay attention on their workers to maintain the name of post office. If head is good workers won't be bad. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE SAFE GUARD YOUR RESOECT AND MONEY. For each work they collect commission. Without commission they never step forward.

I received the letter from mutual funds organisation today morning18-11-22 from Kolathur post office chennai -600099 with stamped on 15-11-22 delaying 3 days.
This is condition post office is working.
Corrective action may be taken for future deliveries

Very good service.... especially GDS are doing very well ....

Horrible behavoiour of guy who was scanning registered posts.
He refuses to oblige .
Very arrogant to a senior citizen. 🙄
