Worst customer service

Poor service.. Govt Website clearly mentions Aadhar service available. Has boards/hoardings talking about Aadhar update , want to drag my update Everytime I visit.

When questioned about delay, the reply is Can't be done !! Pathetic.. Never ever visit this place, you will be illtreated!!

The post office is in muthamizh nagar. They have postal services, gold schemes, saving schemes. The timings of the post office changes very often. The place needs more maintanence.

Useless office. Provides no proper service.

Honestly they are very doing their best to public. I went today to open SB and TD and they guided properly and helped me. The mam & sir seated there are very supportive.

I went to the post office on 1st december, the response was like a dog barking outside the gate chasing people out. still i patiently got all the forms and filled it and submitted. now when i go back to pay the term deposit of Rs.1lakh, the treatment of the person is so rude. he is using inappropriate language and coming to beat me. all i told is that since because the service is poor, people are using private firms. not giving me the name of the person. using all sort of bad words. such staff should be terminated from the position
