India Post Office Ashok Nagar

I wish to narrate my disappointing experience. I went to deposit money for RD and just made it at 11.55 am but to my surprise they have closed and switched off the token issue machine, I went to the counter clerk and showed them the time, they Said my watch is running slow, I immediately met the Lady postmaster and found that their time is wrong. They have set their time faster by 5min ! They said I have to come half an hour earlier. I think this is not acceptable. None of the staff seem to accept their mistake. But some leave their seats earlier for lunch and resume duty late after the break. ! Is this correct ?

No response, nobody in their counter, they were enjoying their time but not taking my parcel even after saying that it's medicine,

I told that speed post closing time is 5PM written on banner outside of post office but they started making excuses...

This is our New India, Indian Post should also be privatize, bloody Staffs..

Useless office (aadhar related work). Waste of time. I think they do not know the value of time. I want to give it a negative star. but that is not available.

For being a Govt office the services are way too professional and customer friendly, they never show a tired or rude face all smiling faces even in peak hours

Excellent Service, monthly once we send 150 packets of registered post we go there by 9 Am and guess what 9.45 AM we are out with our job done

Updated post office but order was not there

Went to the post office today to deposit money. There are two types of tokens for senior and general citizens. One guy came and he took a senior token he doesn't know English. When he got the token and the bank staff yelled the guy reason he got a senior token instead of a general token. In Tamil Nadu everyone knows mostly Tamil. Why are these guys not published tokens or token machine details in Tamil. Very disappointed. They need poor guys money but don't respect them. Worst staff management from this branch.

The female staff who is sitting on the first counter and who is updating for adhaar the Male staff both they were done Very worst services, reckless behaviour, irresponsible answers, really I was disappointed when I asked about my doubts regarding adhaar.
