Mugalivakkam Post Office

This post office is located in a residential area and will be very difficult to find if you are new to the area. There's no proper signage/directions to this office. Though there's enough space to park vehicles, it's a mess during monsoon.
The post office is in the first floor and it's a task to get there for elderly and disabled people.
Don't expect good service like FedEx or DHL from these folks...

They provide utmost all postal services, banking but the most irritating is it's the server connectivity. Every now and then they have a poor internet connectivity. Have to look other post office for banking services

Good polite staffs. Helping to solve our problems quickly. But not support IPPB access.

People are helpful here. Went for a speed post, took only 10 mins.

No post comes to us. Chartered accountant books, letters, marriage invitations. Nothing comes to our address. We reside at Madanandapuram. If it's registered post with signature it comes. Otherwise nothing. Compliant enough

This is just a sub-post office serving to Mugalivakkam, Manapakkam and Moulivakkam locations.

Functions well. My EPS 95 pension of Rs.989/- pm yearly renewal done at PO. Letters delivered on time. FD interest paid on every month. ATM card is very useful. Totally fine.

Useless and careless staff. Such long queues and nobody was even bothered to answer where to get forms etc. There was an agent outside who was the only one who was attending to people.
