Worst customer service ever! you are not allowed to ask ANY questions if you want to open an account. they unnecessarily opened two accounts for my FIL when he tried to open a FD account. front desk person don't want to answer any question and he simply was forcing us to do what he want!

A good post office. But we need more services from this post office as its a main post office of Thiruninravur, like Aadhar updation services, etc.

But customer service process is very slow.. they qre taking more time for processing transaction for single customer
