Focal point Post Office

worst service...... .without attempt of delivery, message coming attempted for delivery. why the concern are not taking any action despite of so many complains received from customers.

As i have heared that the service of this post office is not good as others. Careless service, while gov empl has good sallery so they should work better than private sector. We can not blame to the gov emplo for this even idian public is also do not aware of anything. Gov officers do not want to do anything for public favor. They take public's works as a burden on them. They should understand the importance of public.

Very dirty post office. No sign of post office here. Do something.

i read the comments which i dont wanna oppose but my experience at this place has always been very good as compare to other post offices in ludhiana. the staff over here has always been polite and helpful in my case so i believe it might be possible that sometimes the staff may be rude but then we have to understand that they all are human and somebody could have a bad mood sometimes.

Good experience in focal point post office. All staff is very coprative. Account opening process is very fast. I appricate account opening staff their great job done.

Without any attempt, they are messaging that attempt done, and door locked, meanwhile I was at home at that day. They are Fully rubbish and don't want to do work.

pathetic service and full of lazy people.
