Head Post Office

This head post office is located at G.T. Road, GPO Chowk, Behind BSNL, Near Ramada Hotel, Sehdev Nagar, Sehdev Market, Jalandhar, Punjab. This is the main head office in jalandhar. The staff is very good in dealing. Vehicle parking facility is available here but less space given for parking. Moreover, UIDAI and UJALA services are also available here but the staff of this department are not punctual and dedicated in their work. Overall i just want to say this place is much better than other post offices. Thank you!

One the oldest building of the city our general post office situated mid of the city but the staff needs to get educated towards customer support

GPO Jalandhar @ clock tower chowk near namdev chowk. There is speed post centre available within the premises. Day by day they are improving their services. Payment service has become very fast. You get the maturity amount cheque on the spot.

So disappointed. This branch has extremely poor service. Its been 4 days the server is down. It was very awful to experience such a service. Moreover, staff is careless.....some of them were busy on their phones instead to provide service to their customers who were waiting in the queue since morning.

Overall nice experience. Only issue is that employees stick to mobile in working hours. This causes delay in working and a long Q.....
