Head Post Office Hoshiarpur

I don't know how are the services at the desk but i have a big complaint that when I sent some stuff in regular mail from Abroad to India , it's always opened and all the expensive stuff got stolen. So some thieves behind the desk for sure .😬😨

Need good staff there very dispointing taking too much time to proceed parcel

Located at prime location. Although no dedicated parking is maintained but one can park nearby as sufficient vacant space is available around the complex. Staff is punctual and nice in behavior.

Excellent place, great deal of time. No waste of time and consideration.

Nice, but overworked staff that has serious competency issues.

Mr postmaster will probably benifit from coming out of his AC chamber from time to time and chech on the requirements and workload of staff.

Issues I suffered:
Post office has no routine to update cheques.
They adviced me to deposit check that was bound to be dishonered.
After wasting 3 days when confronted , they talk as if they are not even bothered and suggest electronic transfer.
I agreed and Mr postmaster: I communicated twice with you and at least 6 different resources in your office just to ensure that I will not be asked to come back and sign some more documents, as I have to leave Punjab the same day.

Guess what I am told when I call to enquire about the transaction.
«Sir can you come back and sign some more forms?»

This is not only ignorance but arrogance!
I wish to file official complaint against your office. You have my details, kindly advice on the process.

Poor service, no system to follow, way of dealing with people is really disrespectful...there are 5 counters and only 1 works. Govt. Should think of hiring new staff and should train them first. 🤦 Don't visit

Very poor customer service, literally this place needs a good manager who can run the place. No sequence, no priority on first come first serve basis.
