Tura Head Post Office

Services need to improve, especially the postmen they are not delivering things in time. Most of the time we have to go posts office and collect our letter or parcel

Some of the staff are arrogant. Most are good natured though. Lost 50% of the contents in a parcel my gf sent me once and wouldn't note down a complaint. Postman delivers on time. Not satisfied with their grievance management.

This Post office just not for post letter & goods parcel, it also provide saving account & laon too!

Work ethics of the employees are not very professional. They need to be bit more punctual and sincere about their work.

Very bad service! Delivering goods to wrong people. I ordered some books from flipkart but when i went to get it the product was nowhere to be found, tracked the shipment ID yes the product was delivered but the actual product was missing. They took contact and called next day and said the product has been taken by another person. Very irresponsible of you tura head post office, please be responsible and do your work deligently.

Workers are Amatures. With attitude and low on addressing. Couldn't even deliver one parcel.

Worst Service ever. My parcel didn't reach to its destination, its been month and have not receive any information. Don't ever think of shipping items in these service.

I am going to consumer court if my package isn't delivered by monday
