Laitumkhrah Post Office

They won't even deliver to my place. I paid more than 1000 in shipping for an international product and they can't spare 5 mins of their time to drive to my place to deliver. Extremely disappointed. Wonder why they're getting paid for then.

Timings are 10 am to 12 pm on a Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on weekdays. You have ro reach at least an hour before closing time. Else the staff refuses to accept your parcel.

Workers here has so much of ATTITUDE, dont know why? They are so RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING. Esp. the woman in the counter for AADHAR CARD, she spents 3 HOURS OF HER BREAK AND GOSSIPS RIGHT INFRONT OF PEOPLE. Why the GOVT. gives job to HOPELESS PEOPLE. All the WORKERS ON FRONT LINE ARE USELESS CREATURE. Trust me experience this by yourself. I am 209% sure they will behave the same way I described. MAY GOD BLESS U !! I'm a student, staying at hostel and non residential of Meghalaya so my parents send me a parcel i wrote my hostel name in the address yet they didn't even call me and send my parcel back to shillong GPO. This is bad we expect to receive our parcel if u can't deliver parcel at address then atleast call on the given number I'll come and take it from post office not a big deal but I paid for that parcel and I'm not receiving it neither i received a single call . I even haven't received neither a call from shillong GPO

Laimtumkrah post office : The lady at the counter was very rude!!!! I packed my parcel as i was told. She didn't even send it. God! I just hate her!!!!!! I hope she sees this!!!!! 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 so unprofessional!!!!!!! But today, i went to the main branch and they accepted my parcel.

Very unhelpful & Rude workers. The line is super slow and on top of everything the mizo lady at the counter allowed her "friends " to cut in line. They may be in a hurry but we're all on the same boat waiting in line . The decency would have been to ask the by standers first. Very unprofessional.

Conveniently located near Laitumkhrah bazar police point. But no proper demarcated parking space for customers. Nearest post office from this branch would be Shillong GPO near Secretariat Hills which can handle much more customers.

This road ia a very scenic road in Shillong. A supee place to grab breakfast and enjoy your morning
