Wide space. Quick services. Good no of counters. Good sitting arrangement.

Opens at 10am. For offline aadhar updation they only take 20 people per day so there is always a huge line. Parking space is available and the staff is extremely helpful while answering questions. The office is located at the corner of a street and hence is easily visible from the road

The staff here are very slow in attending the customers. They treat Senior Citizens very rudely. I'm witness to it.
Just to answer my questions on ATM & Internet Banking for Minor Account Holder, they took more than an hour to say NO. Shameless & Hardly working. I regret opening my daughter's Account here.

Aadhar update is started. 30 people per day. You have to go at morning 9 AM to collect your token. For aadhar correction / Update just bring your aadhar card photocopy/ Xerox. Charges are 50 Rupees.

Very poor service, I am trying to find out my speed post item from 9 of June , two times I personally visit in post office but they can't find out my items. As par trecker 1st of June thy received my item in Mahim Head post office.

some staff are not at all cooperative. we have to spend nearly 2-3 hours at this office to get our work done. there are some sitting at counters and not doing anything....services like printing, depositing money, and other services should be allowed at various counters to help customers. also agents stand in the queue.... and working people who get only saturdays to do their post work, are not able to get their work done because of the agents.

Excellent , morning at 8.25 got reply regarding driving license kept in their custody because I could not remain present at home for my own reason . Thank you and appreciate

Why are the contact numbers put up when you never attend to calls ? The toll free number has a service of account balance enquiry which cuts off after putting in the account number.
