Freindly staff ...itsnin lane number 27 I have requested Google map to add lane number so tahtnitnwill become easy to find ...I have wasted or invested...my lot of time in finding this place if your address if not complete line flat number missing better to go and collect your parcel rules for incomplete address is they will return in on same day.. ...again you want collect your parcel by yourself then you have go here before 10 than means before post man leave as he will start the to distribute it...you have carry identity proof along with you..

Its on first floor.

Nice place with cooperative staff. Some services may not be available or active all the time, like Aadhaar related services. It's located on the first floor of the building. It's difficult to notice this place from normal traffic, one can be noticed with the help of Post Office Box placed outside. The road in this lane is narrow that, two 4 wheeler vehicles cannot pass at a time. Parking facility is available.

Most of the staff is helpful and polite.
I was able to do registered post in 5 minutes on Tuesday.
Fridays and mondays are crowded.
Old office, old building.
Typical indian govt experience.
Old furniture, no proper instructions displayed.
But staff is very helpful. Senior citizens are treated with respect.

One of the WORST Post office in Pune. Non of the STAFF is working for the GOODWILL OF POSTAL SERVICE. Today on 27.09.2022 I went to book a small parcel in the Speed Post Counter. The staff on the counter simply refused to accept it and said it's an Electronic Device whereas it's a simple manual lens. I requested him to confirm the same but he simply refused and informed me to contact the Officer. The Officer also said the same. This type of experience is regular in this Dhayari Post Office.
A request to the higher Post Office to please remove this type of staff and transfer them in some remote location so that they can be conversant with the day to day diff ulties of common people.

I don't understand my parcel came from mcim Maharashtra but even post office didn't send any msg to me regarding that parcel? Who will answer this and why we are suffering even after paying all taxes and everything even now msg are free but post office don't have this service why?

1. The phone number never worked in last few years
2. Staff is not friendly
3. They will not always deliver the order and will say we tried calling you and no one answered or no is at home so now collect it from office
4. This is from personal experience of past few years
