Kurla West Post Office

Hope you all are doing well !!!

Today around 5.15pm i call to the Kurla Post Office for the parcel tracking .I spoke to the Post Master Named Mr. A K Shaikh for the update . In the Parcel there were 4 Books of one of the Student . I have given the parcel at Nagardas Road Andheri- East ,on 19th August 2015 and Paid Rs 116 at 12.00pm .

Today almost 10 days has been passed so i called to the Andheri Office of the Update they said it is not showing on the website . Then in the evening today they gave me the Kurla office number . I ask the Post Master Mr. A K Shaikh to track the parcel and let me know what happened . The Post Master Directly said no we dont track the parcel and all started telling useless thing to me. I ask him his name he said why you want it if u want to give the compliant you can give started insulting me and kept the phone receiver aside . i try to call many time but it was engaged .

I need to reply asap on my mail id for the same . He should apologies for the behavior he had with me . I dont want that customer should not face the problem from him. He is not good in attitude .

Goverment building, crowded in the morning as usual. Office is on 1st floor.

No importance of time no value of time. office opening time 9 am but staff are come at 9:45 to 10 am so irritating staff. I would like to open ppf Account in post office but 6 month latter i can't open accounts till date due to staff time.

Traditionally the primary function of Kurla post office was collection, processing, transmission and delivery of mails but as of today, a Post Office offers many other vital services in addition to its traditional services. The additional services provided by a Dak Ghar include – Mail Services, Financial Services, Retail Services and Premium Services.

My experience was good... staffs were also replying faster but it was still not well managed like other offices

Postman, who came to deliver adhar card at my home was very arrogant and rude. He knocked the door, then he threw adhar card after opening the door and went away straight.

For last more than a month I am visiting this place very often to get my aadhar card updated. There was neither regular staff nor timings. All the time I heard that the machine is not working.

Very poor service of post office , post office should be close. They are very lazy person.
I request government plz close all post office.
They are not doing their work
