Andheri Head Post Office

Always phone is out of order
or no one picks up.....pitiable condition. When all banks are working and government says post office is open...but fact is it's for name sake....neither u can pay in or withdraw anything from SB accounts

It's very much functional post office I've ever seen as compared to other post office in mumbai as there's staff is friendly, polite behaviour and helping nature.

I & my daughter had been to post office to update my Aadhaar card, Mr Bhujbal Ganesh Bhagwan, is very humble person as there many people in queue I had few question in mind I went ahead & asked him, very politely he answered & gave me form to fill. While filling the form I saw it was lunch time but still he was helping people by taking there data.
Then when my turn came his lunch was getting over just 15 minutes was left. He told mam can I have my lunch will be back in 15 minutes I said yes. They have 1 hour lunch time but while doing there work with so dedication he didn't see the time.

Even the post office staff Swapnil is humble, the window was close but I asked him for form of National Saving Certificate., he gave & explain me also. Thanks stay blessed.

The main entrance place is not accessible ♿ but other side entrance ramp is there which goes inside cabin of staff & ATM side ramp is there.
The place is easily seen from road. U can park outside the gate of post office.

Unlike most Post Office buildings in India, this PO has a more recent and newer building. They also have multiple counters (approx 8) these serve specific needs such as Registered PO, Speed post, Money orders, PO Savings, etc. Additionaly they also have a Aadhar center for enrollment or corrections, but this requires a prior appointment

Very Bad customer service don't even talk politely on call

Mr.Bhujbal who is incharge of Aadhar Card was one of the most knowledgeable person who inspite of being alone did his job very well.
He needs to have an assistant as he was like a One Man Army - Handing out tokens - then getting the people to stand in a queue - answering queries from all walk in’s. We were able to get all our family’s applications processed the same day - Salute Mr.Bhujbal we need more people like him.

Very cordial. Not like any govt. Office. Very helpful also.
