Good service ..Staff co-operation is not bad but has to improve

Its good post office... Working silently... Neat and clean... good staff and gud corporation for public...Also available ATM...

This is the Sub Regional and the main Postoffice of the Panchayat, taluks, village municipality, municipal councils and municipal corporations in Chengannur, Alappuzha District.
Apart from the regular postal and courier services they do provide Postal or India Post Banking with ATM facility and Western Union services. The Passport Seva Kendram or the Sub-Regional Passport office is located here.

Excellent customer support , even from the lady in the entrance to all other staff were really helpful and supportive to the customers.
During this pandemic also they maintain all the safety precautions and make the customers comfortable.
However, the parking is bit problematic only a few 2 wheelers and one or two cars can park inside the premises, but it doesn't meet the customer density.

I went to get my new aadhar and also update some details. The madam there did things without ease and she was really nice too.
Very nice experience.

Chengannur Head Post Office provide an excellent customer support... and all the staff are very friendly and cooperative... The Post office is located near Hotel Bhagavath Gardens, Chengannur.... During this pandemic situation they are taking all the necessary steps to prevent the over crowding situation....

Not satisfied, my experience is bad
