Staffs are bit unprofessional. No mere common sense to talk to customer properly. I went to close my account for which one lady started screaming as though I went to ask them whether they want vegetables. God knows how such people get job in government office. Totally unprofessional as though giving from their dad's pocket.

There is a north Indian staff in this place who speaks only hindi causing difficulty to customers. Even the local staff is not bothered as they too speak to him in hindi and doesn't make him speak in kannada.
Why is central government sending north indian staff to south? Aren't there qualified south indians for these posts?

Take Adhar card photocopy(hardcopy) and a pen fir mobile number update.
Adhar services starts from 3 PM

Very impolite staff specially one lady. She is thinking she is prime minister n we r beggers as she behave with customer.

Horrible. For everything we need to wait for hours to hours. Very bad service

The Aadhar correction section is a nightmare .The present person Mr Raju is inefficiency personified.I was made to wait for 2 hrs with a token no.6 .He took close to 30 min to 60 min per head .

Very fast and staffs are user friendly

Very neat and clean post office. Very nice staff behaviour with very fast Service. Very near for mathikere area people.
