Marathahalli Post Office

I was interacted for one particular scheme, staff was helpful. We are getting delivered like passport, Ali express international courier prompt without taking any tips from us. India post improved a lot.

Government should close this post office as people here are not willing to help customer, I have been to here for speed post and guy sitting in front said please do visit NAL post office as speed post guy is not here, I tried to reach post master he was not there at the desk in working hours, Sadly I visited NAL post office which was crowded more then 300 peoples were there in queue, half of the people are from this marathalli post office which got redirected to here.
This is the real government office we should close these lazy non sincere offices, let them feel the heat of private work culture. Guys never visit this post officer for any work, am sure they will redirect you to NAL post office.

Aadhar card New and Update request are processes here. Generally go in the morning when the post office opens and get a Token. Aadhaar card request will be processed only after 430 PM daily. You have car parking options right next to the post office.

Very lazy staffs and bad experience for getting always ther is a network issue,even staff don't give proper information ,they behave like uneducated people need to upgrade and give the proper education to them even it's very crowded

Good post office with helpful staff. Plus they had a mumma cat and kittens that they take care of.

Support is very bad, No picking of calls. Even I tried 100 times.

They will not pick a call after sometime i we call it will be busy I'm trying from 5 days reapting same thing

Nice place and staff. Go on week days for less crowd.majoe problem is most of the times server down
