Idiotic and illiterate people, asking me the tracking ID, they have redirected my post from udupi to bangalore and the tracking ID has also not been messaged to me, but asking me for a tracking ID. Very bad service. If we call them, they will yell instead of talking. The government should not be appointing such people. They are there because of the tax we pay...and they are paid to serve us... It is not other way around. The lady who is working here is very rash and starts yelling if we call to inquire.

The scheduled working hours up to 5 pm but before 4.30 they closed the office and not try to reach the recipient through phone simply they came to house if door locked they won’t try to reach the recipient personnel through phone.They are not bothering about customer.
