N.S. MANDI S.O. POST OFFICE

My important documents is showing item delivery received on 27 Feb but I haven't received it yet. Very unrensposive and doesn't want to work

Delivery person didn't came and contacted and they mentioned door locked for not delivering the item

The parcel never reached me nor did they contact me but tracking shows the item delivery confirmed. What should I do in this case? I'm so disappointed beyond words because it contains very imp personal documents.
Note: I'm a student.

I had not received my speed post parcel so I went to this post office to inquire about it! They are not at all helpful! They delivered my parcel at wrong address and I never found it! I will never use Indian speed post service in my life again. It is better to use courier services!

Then I called customer care they told me to go ns mandi and ask them but in ns mandi post office no one is talking , misbehaving , everything bad , plz give solution of my parcel of u can

This post office is very dishonest....

I shipped many parcels via speed post and I found that employees are good. But not expect too much as you know it's a government office.
