Place is not visible directly from main road. There is a signboard saying post office. Usual working hours with 01:30 to 02:00 as lunch time. Staff are old people so processing time is a bit more, but it is usually vacant. they usually don't have change money so carry some change for hastle free work.

located just few steps back from main road but you will notice direction board on main Street. Big infrastructure and less crowded place. Very good cleanness and well maintained. Service is also good. Make sure you bring some 1-2 ₹ change along with you for speed post. Because the prices they offer are odd in number.

I wanted to close pension account for my deceased grandfather..I went three times..I was guided wrong about paperwork..I went again den I was told to go to main post office at Connaught place with all papers . They are not aware of the procedure.

Staff is not at all helpful and full of rude behaviour staff is placed in this branch. There server are always down whenever i visit for work. They don't even have the basic ethics to talk to customers. They are giving f. D interest as per there rules so when i tried to break they were asking me to use cheque to withdraw my amount which was never issued to me. When i asked again when and to whom cheque book was issued then they gave me withdrawal slip. Highly unprofessional people are working and spoiling this branch name.

Old staff and super slow service after being less crowd. Wasted my 50 mins and cue was just only 4 people ahead of me.

Most of the times their system is down and staff not supportive at all

It was a very great experience, I visited on Monday and there was no Rush, they usually open at 9:00 a.m., you can go and send your materials easily, employee was also cooperative in nature. It's nearby Fire station ⛽, It's open, nearby to Prasad nagar, Reghrpura, Karol Bagh, u can visit here.
Note:- they only take small envelopes , big box etc. they won't take, so for big consignment (say a box of A4 size) go to other post office, or West Patel Nagar 's post office.
