Lazy staff but has all the needed stuff for postals etc.

I think delivering the consignment is not a priority for them.
Please, change the staff members and recruit some young and responsible executives instead of senior citizens.

Open timings are 8.40 am
Close timings 2.00 pm around
Account opening and Aadhar card correction is done here .
Post related enquires are cleared at first floor.
This C7 branch, keshav puram has 2 branch in c7 and C4.

No one is present even in working hours.
They also refused to update aadhar card details

Staff's behaviour is not so good they behave very rudely
