1 Central Base Post Office

Speed post envelope posted on 9.12.2020 addressed to Records Rajput bagged at ibpo on 25 Dec after 16 days . Do not know when it will reach the destination. Purpose of speed post is defeated and the urgency of the matter is denied. Such lethargy in movement of documents pertaining to the Defence services is uncalled for.

Don't know how long it will take for speed post. This army postal service is like a black hole, and it is not a speed post at all. You never how long it will take. The delay is unbecoming of an army ethos which is expected to be timely.

No way to give zero stars that's y I have given 1 star poorest service and careless staff .I have very bad experience with them ,staff are not professional they are lie to me.my speed post sent on date 27 01 22 but not received to mi address till date .😡😡😡😡😡

ATM sent from my home address to workplace never recived.

Very very very poor service....I have sent Rakhi through speeed post on 26 July 2022....Today is Rakhi but my brother has not received post yet.....I am very disappointed to the service...because same thing happened to me last year also.....They are pathetic...

Send a letter and forget it. If they are merciful, you will get it after few months

No way to give zero stars that's why I have given 1 star. Poorest service and very slow. I sent a item to someone for a festival and now the festival is over but still my relative hasn't received the item till now. This is very bad.

Watching and experience this 1CBPO since. 2013 onwards, useless organisation there proverb used for this department and project Beacon the kid was sent birthday card at age 5 and he received the card when he was 60 yrs on 60th birthday. In short my Part D notes were send from USI it never reached me in project. There is one more letter which was started on 6 Aug.this year it is 10 th not yet received from new Delhi there are flying in by IL 76 Jai Ho humari Dak sewa. Pl quote my name that I have send you this Email. Thank you
