Speed Post staff are working negligently and taking irresponsible gaps ;

With increase in acceptance and business of speed post by the general public, the setup is not bracing up itself upto the public expectation;

Delivery is worst than normal post.

It is taking more than usual time; They are deliberately giving way to private courier companies;

My very important document sent from Ujjain,M.P. on 13.08.2016 was not delivered to me till now ,but speed post web site shows that is it delivered on 17.08.2016. so this is totally negligence towards delivery of important parcels.

India post don't deserve even a single star. They don't care about customer. The service is very poor. The tracking system showed that the item has been delivered to me. But actually i didn't get my letter yet.
Toll free no of this department is always busy. They dont take serious action against any complain.
I think never ever trust on the speed post facility of India post department.

This is a speed post office 24 hours working situated in the centre of Delhi Near Gole Market on Bhai Veer Singh Marg . It has good service for local India Post speed post and for foreign speed post.

India post office is situated near Gol Market and next to Furniture Market. Normally a good official environment. It has large compound area and Secured entrance.
Good Service but not best because of some unprofessional staff's and their unfriendly behaviours, It's basically only for speed post, not normal register post. Currently there are a interview zone for IPPB new recruitment also.
Hope to improve their behaviours and quick services on the upcoming days.

We send 1 parcel 29th may. To USA. My friend didn't receive till today. I try to speak all Delhi post office. But no one pickup the phone. Very bed. It's not good. No any information about it. Where we have to go for that. Big problems.
