New Town Police Station

Very inefficient employees. I dont understand why they dont understand why they have chosen this profession when they dont know the emergency of that place. M really upset th the service. Nd the most important if the west Bengal police is not there to take a immediate action on getting my things back, they just simply asking to make a general diary den how will we feel secure with these people. Had a worst experience.

The Newtown police station is opposite of Tata Cancer Hospital 🏥. By the infrastructure one can expect better service experience but in actual essence of duty and service there is no difference compared to other local police station.

Met Technology, is a scam call center down to the street, this police station doesn't care if it's civilians scam people of millions

I approached them for help and they were extremely efficient and supportive. I do not speak Bengali and it was not an issue at all. They were quite sympathetic yet remained very neutral in their fact finding.

Very bad behavior they do.. Heard of that people who gave him money otherwise they do very bad behavior shame of that... #West Bengal police please see that people .otherwise a people do suicide for them for this police station

Good for nothing. Everyday without any occasion the loafers in my locality play terribly load music with 6 big speakers. Multiple times complaints have been lodged but Police doesn’t do anything. On another instance, I went to Police Station to file a complaint for cheating case and they were reluctant to lodge a complaint even. Lazy people.

Very bad behaviour and no cooperation. Regarding any problem when I call them they just behave so odd. They do not take care the newtown lohapool area where the market is very risky during covid as no one wear masks. Manu people reported this but they just listen over the phone and then things goes as usual.

During Last year lockdown, I used to distribute water and food to the police officials who were in duty on the road.

Don't have a single rupees of manner and they just treat like hell with those people who don't know Bengali. It's a advice to get some manner that how to talk with a lady atleast
And earning money with by charging innocent people has became a new trend.Shame on you WB service
