The shore temple has many good spots to take pictures and you can see the ancient temple with good sculptures. A good place for one day trip. With a group of friends we can enjoy a lot by playing in beach. Only things is climate is too hot. Better to carry a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated and carry an umbrella or cap. Bike and car parking is available in shore temple.

Absolutely amazing location. A temple on the shore is surely a sight to remember. The ancient architecture and the sea view compliment each other so well. Very photogenic spot. Get the tickets for all the monuments near the five Rathas

This temple is stunning and located near the sea shore. The ancient architecture and the sea view compliment each other so well. This temple has a marvelous architecture. This is a UNESCO Heritage site, and maintained very nicely. The sea beach also very clean and well maintained. Enough parking space available but bit crowded during weekends.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting this place to take a guide. Simply because if you just visit the site, there isn't much to see and there aren't enough information boards to tell you about the history of the temple. You'd just look at a shrine and come back without a guide. However, the architecture is amazing and it is right by the beach which gives it a great ambiance.

Shore temple built in 700 bc is one of the UNESCO world heritage site . The temple and it's compound sit in the backdrop of the bay of Bengal which offers a picturesque view to it. It's absolutely stunning.
The temple is a rock cut temple have 2 shrines dedicated to lord Shiva and one 1 to lord Vishnu. The whole area is very well maintained and has beautiful gardens. The sea shore is very clean and the view of temple with sea behind is amazing. There are lot of places to take breathtaking photos. The temple also has electric vehicles to ferry old people.
The parking area is also big enough. The ticket cost is 40 rs

Wow what an place to be visited. The views are breathtaking over here. Especially when you go near the temple and the first time when I saw that gopura was awesome. It's filled with green grass, brown shore, blue water and an clear blue sky. Such an magnificent sight to be uphold. Just enjoyed this place for its views and beautiful carved temple. You can see the sea shore from this place and you could spend some time on the shore. You will have plenty to eat, drink and shop at this place. Would definitely advice people to visit this place for the views this place give.
