Domino's Pizza

It is the best place in Gorakhpur city for pizza lovers. You can taste a lot of varieties of veg and non veg pizza's. Service is very good but on weekends days it become very much crowded so your orders can take time to execute.

Pizza is always good.staff are lazy dusty place..not clean ..

They are cheating customer by adding multiple item by saying it's complimentary and then when you check your bill it will have addition charges for the items. And when I speak to the manager there they refunded me the add on's which was suppose to be complimentary as per the manager at this Domino's. People might not check and paying extra for additional food which they don't want.
It's a negative review and i will be going to put this accross Domino's escalation team as well.

Yesterday I went to Domino's at khajanchi chawk , Gorakhpur , UP and I order pizza, garlic bread and chicken wings there and I got stale chicken wings and spoke to the Domino's worker there and they changed it and again I got the stale chicken wings then I went back to the Domino's worker and they replace it with the boneless chicken wings and that was also not fresh.

Very bad experience. Dominos should make proper training of their employees especially khajachi chauk outlet. When i was ordering and checking the pizza options, employee on counter was continuously telling the price only. I suggested them, i am asking about product specifications not price but she does not care. Finally i ordered double cheese burst pizza but they served pizza with seems like single cheese. When i asked the manager. They are saying you have ordered double cheese only. Cheese burst only come in toplings. I asked them when I was ordering why did you not tell this on same time. She was saying that we have taken price of double cheese pizza only. Very disappointing experience. Missing Pune Domino experience and teste.

Provides delicious pizza 🍕 directly proportional to pricing and has Spacious dining area. Charge for tomato 🍅 sauces also. Only ₹20 water bottle available. Though on request they provide free water. All staff wear uniforms and caps etc. Cleanliness and Timings can be improved. Open in night/late night.
