We are currently at Domino's and having the worst experience of our life. It's like a local dhaba where staff is shouting and making so much noise. Inefficient, lost and unprofessional behavior. No one at the counter to take the order. Waited 10 mins. And now they are all shouting at talking. Very very poor experience even after they have redone the place. I would request Domino's team to look into this matter and make them go thru a session of how one should behave.. terrible ! We wonder what our pizza will be like. Disappointed.

Nice place They have changed there interior design and now it looks so amazing ❤️🔥this interior is really good from the one they have before. There was no rush you can order your food from the dominos application you don't have to stand in any line or counter. The staff was also good and friendly in nature. They also prepare your food in front of you so there is no quality issue The quality is really really good and they give you a nice amount of quantity The clean staff was also good they were not taking time to clean the table's and floor. Overall it was a really nice experience visiting there this also They have increased the staff so that they can properly hear everyone or most of the customers at the same time. ❤️❤️

Pathetic Staff 1. Pizza was stale, Had to request re-heat for the entire order 2. Staff was very rude and literally 3 folks were calling themselves as Restaurant Incharge while in reality The Restaurant Incharge was not available 3. Complaint book was provided but Pen customer is supposed to bring 4. Staff were talking very rudely and were discouraging Offer related queries and were forcing to pay Cash only. Did not accept Cards 5. The entire place was untidy, Staff asked not just us but everyone to use Takeaway option at 9:30pm in evening, Store clearly Said "OPEN" but they did not clean any table, due to which a lot of folks were forced to takeout the meal
Never visiting this store full fill fools again!

Worst experience that I had in Domino's Pizza D.D Puram.
Order Placed On - 27th Oct'22 Order number - 525
1.Store was open yet the entrance door was locked from inside. We kept struggling to open it, even after that no one from the staff came to assist. Eventually one other customer opened it.
2. All the table lights were turned off because of insects only because their electric insect killers were not working!
3. Store refused to accept online/card payments. We were forced to pay full amount in cash. I wonder how they are paid monthly!
4. Our offer related queries were not acknowledged. They kept asking us to order from their in house menu as per their choice. NEW KIND OF DOMINO'S JUST APPEARED!
5. Lastly, they serverd us cold pizza despite the fact we ordered from within the store👏🤦🏻♂️. God knows what happens to people opting for their delivery service.
WORST EXPERIENCE so far at any Domino's store. Definitely not gonna order from this store atleast!
(We also lodged a complaint in their complaint book)

The place has recently been renovated and the interior has got a makeover. The sitting area has improved although much work can be done on the air conditioning part and the waiting time indicators. Also restore the oregano and chilli flakes sprinkers. There's no point of eating in store if you have to open packets for them. I had an Indi Tandoori pizza and it was delicious.

The taste was good though the pizza felt to be a little over cooked. The dining area was decent and coulb be a good choice to hangout or casual dining experience

Hopeless food. So many things was unavailable. Uncooked pizza n topping was uncooked. Feels like Local dhaba... Teach your staff how to behave.
