Faced back muscle strain during working out.
So checked for physiotherapist on google and ended up going to Reliva and Dr.Apurva was assigned as my physiotherapist.
My pain decreased within 4-5 sessions.
And now I don’t feel pain while doing normal things as previously I used to get a pain in back while doing normal chores.
I used to get pain while riding bike but now it does not after few sessions of physiotherapy.
Timings are flexible according to your work which is good.
Would recommend this place as the treatment given by them will make you good and painless within fewer sessions.

I was suffering from Facial Nerve Palsy and doctor recommended for Facial stimulation. I went to ReLiva Physiotherapy and met Dr. Monica Dhanani for treatment. She is very knowledgeable and helped me during my treatment with care. Within 4 to 5 sessions I started getting positive result. Dr. Monika was very supportive and explained the exercise multiple times to ensure I follow it correctly. I had a lower back injury due to a bike accident. My routine included 6 days a week work out twice a day, as part of state amateur boxing preparation. Dr. Monica understood my routine , ascertained the severity of injury and explained a 10 day rehab process which included IFT treatment for muscle spasm relaxation and varying levels of exercises focusing on strengthening core, agility and back. Multiple items like medicine ball, yoga mat, agility ladder were utilised to perform the exercises.
I recommend Dr. Monica and Reliva due to her professional and caring attitude to get her patients back to their routine asap. Thank you Dr. Monica.

I visited Dr. Priyanka for inflamation/tenderness of my IT band. I got the Ultrasound therapy sessions done for 5 days. Dr. Priyanka made me feel very comfortable with her politeness. She explained how this therapy works and made me do some exercises as well. I could see good progress in my pain reduction after every session. I would recommend her surely!

I recently had met with an accident with multiple fractures on my knee and hand and as recommended by my doctor I visited Reliva Physiotherapy & Rehab for post recovery from plasters. There I came across with a wonderful young and talented physiotherapist Dr Monica who understood my pain and gave me effective sessions of physiotherapy which worked on me right from the second session. I couldn't feel any sensation in my body the day I got admitted at medipoint. I was slowly getting paralyzed. A spinal vertebrae error was found and an operation was done immediately as my body could completely get paralyzed. After the operation, physiotherapy was recommended. Dr. Pratiksha and Dr. Pallavi helped me out with physiotherapy. They were professional at doing their work.
Dr. Pratiksha took most of my sessions. She gave me the most attention and apart from that her friendly nature made it easier for me to be comfortable. She was brilliant. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physiotherapy treatment.

Visited Dr. Monica Dhanani for my back pain. Definitely good doctor with some excellent personal attention. I took the treatment for 7days. Throughout treatment she was personally monitoring me and providing me good attention. She also provided me good insight related problems that I am facing and how to avoid in future for good life.
