I came to Sara Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center to treat my right frozen shoulder. When I came to clinic I had very restricted range of motion and severe pain in the shoulder with certain movements. Now after taking treatment for about 12 days, I have regained about 70%-80% of my ROM back; my pain level has decreased. Now I can do many of daily activities more freely. This is all because of Dr. Sara's expertise and her experience. She treated with a combination various exercises and machines. I'm quite pleased with my treatment and the way Dr. Sara explains the exercises. In just a couple of sessions there was a noticeable improvement in my knee movement and the pain was low. Went to Neeta mam for a lower back pain issue. Neeta mam personally looked after for a series of therapy sessions and advised vital points for dos and don'ts when carrying out daily chores at home.
