Dr Himanshu Jain is one of the best physio’s I’ve met. As myself being a nutrition and fitness coach, I always appreciate knowing the reason behind a particular treatment protocol. Dr Himanshu Takes the time to explain why and what in as much detail as one can grasp. Today My shoulder injury is not only almost recovered from but I’m much wiser to avoid any recurrence

I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain for more than 3 months so visited orthopedic for consultation. He had suggested to do MRI and given me the pain killer for month. Even after taking medicine I was not feeling well and pain was recurring. I met Dr. Himanshu for consultation and he advised me to start physiotherapy. We had started with some basic excersise and then went on adding additional excersise over couple of weeks.

I started feeling well and continued my excersise for 4 to 5 weeks which has resulted complete pain relief. I am recommending Dr. Himanshu for physiotherapy related activities since he possess excellent knowledge around the topic and really care the patient. I had an ACL, PCL, MCL & a tibia fracture surgery 3 months back and was advised to follow rigorous physio therapy sessions. Thanks to Dr Himanshu Jain, i was able to achieve a great movement in my leg and start walking within 2 months of the surgery. His attention to detail and his knowledge about how each and every exercise might affect the leg and it's movement is commendable. I would strongly recommend him and the team.

My experience with befit clinic and in particular with Dr. Himanshu Jain has been very fruitful. I went to him with spine and back pain problem. He taught me some key exercises which helped me to come back to normal without any pain.
