Generico says will home deliver...atleast pick up the phone to answer then think about delivering...very bad service.also takes a long time to give medicines when one goes to the shop

I called for xaretlo medicine which is a blood thiner the stock was not available this people informed me we will order by evening the product will be available and later on they stop receiving the calls I was dependent on them for med, very careless behavior never trust this store.

I have been standing at the medical for past 10 minutes and I have asked the medicine but no one is giving attention . There is no crowd and they are giving medicine to other customers who came after me very poor service
