Everything is excellent at the I.C. COLONY outlet. However I have given only 4 stars 🌟 because of the rude behavior of the staff. They are always arguing and using abusive language amongst themselves. I know this because l live just a few meters away and I am passing by the outlet at least 2 - 3 times a day. If I need to buy anything from the outlet, I only enter if one of their staff members named MUSKAN is on duty. She does mix around with the rest of the staff, but never gets into their arguments or uses any abusive language. She is the only one to give excellent service with a smile 😊 to all customers and also goes an extra mile to help customers find what they need. Hope the other staff members learn some valuable things from her.

Extremely rude staff at IC Colony outlet. Her name was Muskaan. She insisted me to provide my mobile number for non medical items and sweared by saying “Ridiculous” when I refused to give my number. Products are at MRP versus other pharmacies in immediate vicinity which give a discount. Never again will I visit this place especially because of the way the staff looks down on customers.

They do not generate a bill ....insist on phone number only and bill was not sent to my phone even after providing the number

They never answer their phones. They should remember that they are also a medical store apart from upselling shampoo and vitamin c supplements

Adamant, complicated system, will not Co-oprate in case of immergency. I asked for medicine on urgent basis, I am hardly 400 mtr from their shop, still denied by them saying , delivery only up to 10 pm, on requesting them as it's urgent need, their excuse was they all new to this area. I am alone at home so I asked their help, but they stick to their rule book.

I bought a product called Nivea men coolkick shower gel. The product seems to be duplicate as I bath with the same product since 6 months. It was having a disgusting smell inside it. I asked the staff and were not interested to help out. Building such a good brand and selling duplicate product inside it with the same price as original doesn’t seems fair with the customers. I bet this is my last purchase from wellness forever.

They ask for Name and Mobile Number even to buy chocolates... And stare you down if you refuse to provide them with one...
It is absolutely unacceptable....
Why gather such information for such goods!!!
