A hospital pharmacy which doesn't accept cards. Ridiculous. Very crowded with no proper queueing or token system. Staff are obnoxious and treat patients very rudely.

This pharmacy is inside the hospital. Don't go by the negative comments by the reviews. The place is crowded and busy because it's inside hospital and everybody comes there for the medicine. The pharmacy accepts credit card and debit card.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
They need to more friendly and smiling, but they are so busy and over worked.

Wellness forever is the pharmacy which is located in the premises of KLE Hospital. This pharmacy has very crowed and it 24 X 7 they are good . Staff is good. And Service is good. But they will not give medicine without proscription.

Third class place ! Keeping classy looks and Tab’s at the counter doesn’t make any sense ! Basic Children medicines are not available out of 5 not even One ! Stop promoting Bluf !

Useless pharmacy as they don't have stock of medicines prescribed by the Doctors in the same hospital. If only these guys left some good pharmacy might come. My friend who is a PG in the same hospital was told that a medicine for his daughters fits treatment was not available , what kind of a pharmacy are these guys running that too in a Medical College. And forgot to mention the behaviour of the staffs, most unfriendliest people I have met in Belgaum.
