The shop keeper attends one customer at a time and is very rude to speak to a customer

It's just near the azam nagar circle. They have decent stock of medicine but not all.

No product available...

Just giving 1 start to write a feedback. Very slow service No customer satisfaction. No proper attention towards customer. Very disappointed

This is one of the worst pharmacy. Medicine stocks are not available. Customer has to wait for more than hour. I had very bad experience with return of medicines. To return one medicine you have to ask many times to them , then you have to wait for approval for some person from Medplus . If this approval guy is travelling then you have to wait for it. Once approval done then wait for otp . This will make frustrate a lot. I really don’t recommend this medplus for bulk order of medicine.

Zero star, Do not keep customers waiting.

The phone number available on Google is not valid? Are you guys aware?
Hospitality towards customer should be improved. Just to check whether my medicine has reached to store or not I have to visit the store...

This will be my last order

Stock never maintained

Finally atleast registered an active phone number
So customer can come to know that his order is ready or or not
